Of this Moscato passito or sweet wine, only 1000 bottles per year and only in very good vintages, are made from one hectare of Moscato vineyard located on the Abruzzo hills overlooking the Adriatic sea, with a very low yeld, late harvested to allow the grapes to slightly overripe. The wine is then bottled and not aged in barrel, to obtain an extremely fresh, delicate and pleasant Moscato Passito with its typical nose.
